Who handles your information
Neovogent operates letter.neovogent.com. For questions about your information, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact hello@neovogent.com. Please identify the email address used for your enquiry; we may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing a record.
Your meeting request
We use the name, email, country, phone number, occasion and budget you provide to assess and respond to your request. This processing is necessary to take steps you request before a potential service agreement. We save your details in Microsoft Azure storage in Southeast Asia (Singapore) before acknowledging receipt. Our team receives a notification, and we send you a confirmation through Google's email service from our public contact address. Receipt is not a confirmed meeting booking. We do not add you to a marketing email list through this form.
Optional analytics and advertising
Both choices start off and are separate from sending a request. With analytics permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and successfully saved requests. With advertising permission, Meta Pixel measures page visits and saved requests, and our server sends saved-request events to Meta through its Conversions API. Browser and server events share a random event ID to avoid counting the same request twice. These services can start measuring page visits as soon as permission is given; submitting a form is not required.
Our server-side Meta events contain your IP address, browser information and available Meta browser/click identifiers, not your enquiry name, email, phone number, occasion or budget. Meta's enabled page-information feature may also collect website details through its browser script. Google and Meta process information under their respective privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
Your optional choices may be saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Use Privacy settings on the main page to change or withdraw them. Withdrawal stops future browser events and requests cancellation of unsent server events. Requests already in flight and information already sent cannot be recalled through that control; contact us for help with a data-rights request.
Storage, service providers and retention
The form does not save your contact details in browser storage. A random retry key may remain in session storage to prevent duplicate enquiries. Consented measurement uses cookies and opaque identifiers; our Google Analytics cookies are configured for up to 60 days, and a Meta ad-click cookie may last up to 90 days. Unsent server-side marketing events expire after 24 hours and have their matching data cleared during processing.
Microsoft provides hosting and database storage; Google provides email and optional analytics; Meta provides optional advertising measurement. Fonts, animation libraries and video media served by Google Fonts, cdnjs and Cloudinary may receive your IP address and browser metadata when loaded. Providers may process information internationally, including outside your country.
Enquiry records and email correspondence are retained for handling your request and relevant follow-up, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Enquiry records do not currently have an automatic deletion timer. You can request deletion at the contact address above; we will explain if a legal requirement prevents deletion of particular information.
Your choices and rights
You can use the form without allowing analytics or advertising. Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
